We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesControls Design &amp; Development<ul><li>Design and develop PLC programs using Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, and SIMATIC Manager.</li><li>Develop and implement HMI/SCADA interfaces (FactoryTalk View, WinCC) for operator monitoring and control.</li><li>Implement redundancy strategies for CPU, I/O, and network levels to ensure high availability.</li><li>Develop control philosophies, test procedures, and sequence-of-operations documentation.</li></ul>Instrumentation &amp; System Integration<ul><li>Select, integrate, and calibrate field instruments (flow, pressure, level, pH, turbidity, DO, TSS) and ensure proper integration with PLC/SCADA systems.</li><li>Configure industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA, Canbus).</li><li>Perform loop checks, signal validation, and troubleshoot instrumentation issues during commissioning.</li><li>Review P&amp;IDs, datasheets, and specifications to define automation scope.</li></ul>Project Execution &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Take ownership of project automation deliverables, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to ensure seamless integration.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior engineers in PLC/HMI programming and instrumentation integration.</li><li>Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical workshops.</li></ul>Global Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with international teams and stakeholders across time zones.</li><li>Represent the automation discipline in technical discussions and client interactions.</li><li>Clearly communicate technical concepts in English in multicultural environments.</li></ul><div></div>Skills &amp; QualificationsMust-Have<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics &amp; Communication Engineering.</li><li>5–8 years of experience in PLC/HMI/SCADA development for water/wastewater projects.</li><li>Expertise in Allen-Bradley (CompactLogix, ControlLogix) and Siemens (TIA Portal, WinCC) platforms.</li><li>Strong command of IEC 61131-3 programming languages (Ladder, FBD, STL).</li><li>Experience in redundant CPU, I/O, and network architectures.</li><li>Experience with remote monitoring platforms such as EWON, Red Lion devices, or similar solutions.</li><li>Proven FAT/SAT execution and site commissioning experience.</li><li>Experience with instrument selection, integration, and calibration.</li><li>Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA, Canbus).</li><li>Ability to read P&amp;IDs, control narratives, and specifications.</li><li>Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience in EPC projects.</li><li>Exposure to C programming, SQL, or VB for advanced reporting/data handling.</li><li>Familiarity with IoT/IIoT devices for monitoring and control</li><li>Knowledge of version control systems.</li><li>Process understanding of STP/ETP, UV, Ozonation, filtration systems.</li><li>Familiarity with VFDs, pump control, and energy optimization.</li><li>Experience mentoring junior automation engineers.</li></ul>This role requires effective management of tasks and priorities along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
