This system is called as MACH. This computerized system is built with the state-of-the-art electronics, microprocessors and digital signal processors, connected by high performance industry standard busses and fiber optic communication links. They operate on very high standard application software developed by Hitachi Energy. As the system is being continuously evolved, the Station Operating and Monitoring System (SOM) is becoming more complex and customized. It requires a great deal of design, testing &amp; verification of HMI, SCADA and network areas.How you’ll make an impact:<ul><li>Design and verify the HMI application for various PQ Control and Protection System on Substation level. </li><li>Develop the Substation HMI solution in MicroSCADA X. Knowledge on IET600 tool, SCIL coding and IEC61850 protocols.</li><li>Design and verify SCADA/GWS application for various projects.</li><li>Support design of communication network by preparing related documents and with the implementation.</li><li>Knowledge on the quality process connected with the project execution, continuous improvement programs.</li><li>Exposure in commissioning support for HMI / SCADA site testing. Take ownership for the project KPIs such as OTD, COPQ etc. </li><li>Individual contributor using in-depth knowledge in a specific area to execute complex or specialized projects / Challenges often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions. </li><li>Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background:<ul><li>Bachelors degree of engineering (BE / BTech (ECE, EEE, E&amp;I), with 4 years &amp; above of operating experience in the industrial control system or SAS.</li><li>Experience in designing HMI for industrial applications using InTouch or equivalent software.</li><li>Good working knowledge on HMI animation concepts and logics. Good knowledge on communication protocols for SCADA/network.</li><li>Prior experience in SAS most preferred. Experience in Process and ISO audits.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization.</li><li>Works independently, applying established standards.
