<div>Last Energy seeks a Licensing Manager to lead regulatory, licensing, and safety analysis efforts. This role will act as in a project management capacity, managing licensing documentation, technical fault studies, communication with regulators, probabilistic safety analysis (PSA), and licensing roadmap progress.</div><div><br></div><div>This role will work with internal technical teams, third-party contractors, and regulatory bodies to enable project compliance and drive forward licensing milestones.</div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as a single point of contact with regulators</li><li>Manage licensing deliverables per regulatory engagement plans</li><li>Prepare, review, and quality control regulatory submissions</li><li>Manage third-party licensing consultants, deliverables, and budgets</li><li>Support safety analysis with data, modeling, reviews, and documentation</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into actionable tasks</li><li>Track licensing milestones, risks, and escalate when needed</li><li>Keep document systems, version control, and filings organized</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>10+ years of experience in licensing, regulatory affairs, safety engineering, or a similar field</li><li>Bachelor’s in engineering, physics, nuclear science, or related; advanced degree preferred</li><li>Familiarity with the NRC licensing process</li><li>Knowledge of safety analysis, risk assessment, or safety modeling</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication in technical/regulatory contexts</li><li>Excellent project management; able to coordinate tasks and stakeholders</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong document control skills</li><li>Based in Austin, TX or Washington, DC (or open to relocation)</li></ul><br>
