You'll help ensure : Brighte's visual identity is instantly recognisable and consistently applied across all touchpoints, strengthening brand recall and trust.</li><li>Manage and evolve Brighte’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and people teams to develop creative solutions that support campaigns, product launches, internal initiatives, and more.</li><li>Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts that drive engagement and brand recognition. Our Marketing, Product, and People teams will actively seek your creative input and view you as a trusted partner in achieving their goals.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines, balancing creativity with efficiency. You will establish efficient workflows and design systems that enable the team to produce high-quality work faster and more consistently.</li><li>Maintain and evolve our design systems, templates, and brand guidelines. The templates, guidelines, and systems you maintain enable consistent quality output even as the company grows and team members change.</li><li>Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development alongside the broader marketing team.</li></ul><h3>What You'll Bring</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand, or visual communication roles.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and digital design work.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.</li><li>Experience working within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience using AI design tools.</li><li>Experience with motion design, video editing, or illustration is highly regarded. </li><li>Experience with director photography and photography are advantageous. </li></ul><h3>What's in it for you?</h3><ul><li>Flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs and a hybrid work model.
