You'll join and help further building up the finance team covering all aspects of finance, compliance, legal affairs, insurance, office management, administration, and more. According to your seniority/proficiency you will lead, support, co-manage or own the following tasks:</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes  and coordinate with external accountants (in CH and USA).</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, and provide supporting documents to external accountants for bank transactions.</li><li>Review and approve expenses in Remote, AbaClick, Expensify, and Revolut in accordance with our company expense policies.</li><li>Prepare monthly Credit Card reconciliation and related entries.</li><li>Check and approve payments in our e-banking and perform the liquidity check.</li><li>Prepare and approve intercompany invoices and ensure correct IC balances.</li><li>Submit VAT reports and prepare our R&amp;D cost activation sheet.</li><li>Support Sales teams with mapping and closing deals in HubSpot, issuing sales invoices, and clearing shipments.</li><li>Perform HubSpot month-end closing and prepare our monthly KPI file.</li><li>Optimize finance processes and participate in continuous improvement of accounting procedures by utilizing ERP tools (e.g., Odoo, Revolut, Payhawk...).</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>At least 2 years experience in accounting or Finance, ideally in a scale-up or technology company</li><li>Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles</li><li>Proficiency with accounting softwares (ERP experience preferred)</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently</li><li>Proficiency in or willingness to learn to work with complex spreadsheets</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus</li></ul><br><div>If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in afeedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured, and progressivescale-up environment, we would love to hear from you.</div>
