Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><p>• <span>Lead and oversee Infotainment features for our vehicle access control <em>and</em> vehicle security</span>, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to delivery, with a hands-on approach and commitment to excellence</p><p>• Work closely with executives and engineering leaders to define and maintain digital development roadmap and rollout plan</p><p>• Create and own development and validation plans that align with internal customer needs, cross team integration points, and major company milestones</p><p>• Lead conversations through the complete lifecycle of access control SW and Vehicle security features and  work cross functionally to be able to get some exciting features to life like digital key, Vehicle Ingress/ Egress and Shock and tilt alarms etc. – both in-house development teams and third party suppliers.</p><p>• Identify and track cross team dependencies and handshake points, monitor status, help resolve issues, report, and fill the gaps</p><p>• Drive JIRA ticket issue resolution process, including triaging, root cause analysis, countermeasure identification, verification and implementation etc.</p><p>• Interact with and coordinate work between hardware and software teams, design UX teams, and other company entities requiring inputs/outputs from the software team</p><p>• Manage a comprehensive software portfolio including dependencies between internal teams and external teams</p><p>• Ensure adherence to Functional Safety requirements</p><p>• Facilitate system architecture documentation</p><p>• Communicate feature status to overall software organization, other program managers and executives as required</p><p>• Plan and manage releases in conjunction with release managers and technical leads</p><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• 5 years or more of experience as a Technical Program Manager</p><p>• 5 years or more of Automotive industry experience</p><p> </p><p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, mechanical or other technical discipline is required.</p><p>· Master’s degree or higher education (in engineering or technical major related) is preferred. </p><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
