This role will oversee the daily aspects of manufacturing processes. In addition to current production activities, the Utility Production Team Member will support the versatility of each production line, assist with absenteeism coverage, and assist the production team leader by certifying operators on new workstations.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the assembly of components and products according to specifications and production schedules.</li><li>Operate various hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently.</li><li>Perform quality checks and repairs on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.</li><li>Support team members in various production tasks, including absenteeism coverage, training production team members, and filling in for team leaders and team members when they have other duties or responsibilities.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Lucid’s 6S standards.</li><li>Collaborate with team leads or supervisors to identify and resolve production issues or inefficiencies.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of assembly processes and equipment.</li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Must currently be assigned to the line that you are currently applying for.</li><li>Valid driver’s license in the U.S. is required for certain work.</li><li>Reliable, attendance less than 3 points, have good initiative, be committed, and be quality focused</li><li>Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail</li><li>Flexibility to support any shift, including day, night, and swing shifts, as needed.
