The Program Document Control Assoicate is a key link between departments, that supports operational excellence, drives efficiencies, and helps maintain the trust of our customers and business partners. Why this Role is Important: The Program Document Control Associate is vital to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across customer portfolios and internal processes.<h3>Job Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Act as a liaison between Customer Care and Advocacy and the business.<ul><li>Maintain strong working relationships with Legal, Customer Billing, and Finance teams.</li></ul></li><li>Assist in the proactive management of customer portfolios through ticketing, applications, and addendum collection related to:<ul><li>Site/Portfolio Sales</li><li>Site/Portfolio Relocations</li><li>Program Breaches<ul><li>Financial</li><li>Customer Requested</li></ul></li><li>EHVAC/R Requests</li><li>Aborted Technologies Installations</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work both as a team player and independently.</li><li>Creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite products.</li><li>Minimum High School Degree; Associate Degree preferred.</li><li>Availability: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday only (no weekends).
