You will be a key thought partner to commercial leadership, shaping the agenda for how we price our product and services in partnership with the Pricing team (who are our key experts in delivering and structuring our Energy Tariffs). This role requires a balance of deep analytical expertise, strong commercial intuition, and the ability to influence decisions across a breadth of experienced individuals (beyond day-to-day pricing decisions) to help set the long-term direction Your key outcomes will be:<ul><li>Strategic Counsel on Commercial Strategy: Act as the Commercial Performance Business Partner to commercial leads. Provide in-depth analysis and modelling to shape and validate commercial strategies, ensuring our pricing and acquisition approach continues to drive both customer growth and long term value, but also keep the same leads accountable to delivery post assessment.</li><li>Influence Pricing Execution: Support the Head of Commercial performance by partnering with the Pricing team.
