In addition to program ownership, you’ll also help drive process improvements that make our workflows more efficient, scalable, and collaborative. This is a highly visible role requiring strong organizational skills, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on delivery. You’ll report directly to the Director of NPD. Program &amp; Project Management● Support the development and launch of new products and in-market product changes from concept through commercialization.● Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery against roadmap objectives.● Act as the cross-functional quarterback, ensuring alignment across R&amp;D, Supply, Demand, Operations, and Brand Management.● Partner with Brand Management to translate strategic priorities into executable launch plans.● Establish clear, objective success criteria for trials, development, and commercialization in partnership with technical and demand teams.● Provide regular program updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.● Conduct post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for future improvement.Process &amp; Tool Improvements● Identify gaps and inefficiencies in program management workflows and recommend solutions.● Support initiatives to improve tools, templates, and reporting dashboards that streamline program execution.● Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and transparency throughout the development cycle. Basic Qualifications● Passion for Impossible Foods’ mission and sustainability.● 5+ years of relevant work experience in program or project management.● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.● Experience in the food, beverage, or CPG industry.● Exceptional project management skills — highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.● Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex information and present it effectively.● Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of COGS and pricing dynamics.● Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
