You are largely responsible for the quality of our city bikes and e-bikes. In addition, you ensure that we are never surprised with our stock amounts! You make sure your team has a safe and fun environment to work in!How you pedal us forward!<ul><li>You lead the coolest team within the Swapfiets, consisting of technicians, mechanics, and senior mechanics;</li><li>You coordinate the daily tasks and organize team meetings in which you always manage to motivate your team;</li><li>As a Mechanic Lead you also help with HR related processes such as recruitment, performance management, illness and leave;</li><li>You are responsible for keeping our stock management up-to-date;</li><li>You coordinate quality checks and the correct processing of data;</li><li>You support new colleagues with the onboarding program and provide training;</li><li>You ensure a safe working environment;</li><li>We strive for a 100% recyclable bicycle. Swapfiets has a classic origin. A group of friends who have a good idea and are going to try it out. You receive a Swapfiets for a fixed amount per month and we ensure that your Swapfiets always works.

It turned out to be a very good concept. After a period of refurbishing bicycles, Swapfiets has come to the point that it has designed its own bicycle and that the service is going to more and more cities.

The iconic blue front tire is mounted on all bikes. This way it is always clear which Swapfiets bicycles are and who all belong to the family.

In the meantime, more and more people are discovering the convenience that Swapfiets brings. Great service, made simple.
