The Engineering Society's Communications Team works to inform students about the activities of the society and its respective services, resources, events, clubs, design teams, and conferences. This is achieved through graphic design, social media, photography, and videography.As a member of the Communications Marketing Team, you will work alongside the Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to help create graphics for groups within the Engineering Society. Candidates should be passionate about Queen’s Engineering and enjoy creating content to share with students. Experience is not required! You will be trained on our branding, using Canva, and other graphic design software.The Marketing Team provides a creative opportunity to capture the many aspects of Queen’s Engineering. Some past projects the team has worked on include the Discipline Campaign and organizing Instagram takeovers.<h3>The main responsibilities of a Videography Team Member include:</h3><ul><li>Producing interesting and visually appealing graphics, logos, and advertising.</li><li>Attending bi-weekly Marketing Team meetings.</li><li>Supporting requests for graphic design and marketing campaign consultation.</li><li>Creating graphics using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.</li></ul><h3>Additional Important Information</h3><ul><li>The work term for this position is as soon as hired to May 1st, 2026. </li><li>This position has an expected time commitment of 1-3 hours per week.
