<p>The Engineering Society's Communications Team works to inform students about the activities of the society and its respective services, resources, events, clubs, design teams, and conferences. This is achieved through graphic design, social media, photography, and videography.</p><p>As a member of the Communications Photography Team, you will work alongside the Photography Managers to help capture and edit photo content for the Engineering Society. Candidates should be passionate about Queen’s Engineering and enjoy creating content to share with students. <strong>Experience is not required! </strong>You will be trained on using Adobe Lightroom as well as our camera equipment.</p><p>The Photo Team provides a creative opportunity to capture the many aspects of Queen’s Engineering. Some past projects the team has worked on were the photo booth and scavenger hunt for the "Snow Day Escape", creating photo collages for monthly recaps, and hosting LinkedIn headshot sessions.</p><h3>The main responsibilities of a Photography Team Member include:</h3><ul><li>Develop creative in-house projects using photo content.</li><li>Attending bi-weekly Photography Team meetings.</li><li>Supporting photo requests for events, conferences, competitions, banquets, and headshots.</li><li>Editing photos using Adobe Lightroom.</li></ul><h3>Additional Important Information</h3><ul><li>The work term for this position is as soon as hired to May 1st, 2026. </li><li>This position has an expected time commitment of 1-3 hours per week.
