Join our NSW Operations Team as an Area Supervisor and help maintain and grow our busy network of Reverse Vending Machines.Own your own patch of NSW and ensure that TOMRA assets in the field are always kept to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality by overseeing the activities of our cleaning partners. You will identify key operational deficiencies in the performance of contractors, site conditions, and relationships with site stakeholders and then work closely with TOMRA’s management team to implement improvement strategies designed to promote the customer experience.Our entire TOMRA team take great pride in the presentation of our machines. Our Area Supervisors are provided with a vehicle, equipment and training to ensure they are able to assist with small maintenance tasks including cleaning while they are on site.Our Area Supervisors are the face of TOMRA at our Reverse Vending Machines and maintaining a strong customer focused relationship with our partners is key to succeeding in this role. This role is full time (5 days per week) and the successful applicant will be required to work 1 weekend day a week. As the successful candidate will be travelling extensively in their area (occasional regional travel), a fully maintained vehicle is provided as part of this role. Driver history checks, federal police clearance and a medical including a drug and alcohol screen are required as part of our background check process.Additional tasks may include:<ul><li>Ensure kiosks are always well presented, and maintenance schedules are adhered to.</li><li>Analyse and improve operational processes and best practices.</li><li>Provide ongoing assistance, guidance, and coaching support to contractors, and stakeholders.</li><li>Optimize networks to ensure contractors are operating effectively and efficiently, and that they fully understand their duties and expectations.</li><li>Regularly audit contractor performance and provide constructive feedback designed to address performance concerns and promote productivity.</li><li>Complete regular site evaluation reports to be shared with contractors and employees for the purpose of developing strategies for improvements.</li><li>Provide cleaning and maintenance support for TOMRA assets to ensure that their standard of cleanliness and operation is always maintained.</li><li>Engage with current site Partners to ensure that the relationship between TOMRA and the site owner is maintained, working towards positive outcomes for both parties.</li><li>Support the management team with the evaluation of new contractors</li><li>Receive and resolve disputes from contractors, employees, and site stakeholders and provide reports to HR and Management as required.</li><li>Undertake site operations responsibilities, including cleaning duties (as required) as set out in the TOMRA Cleaning Guide</li></ul>
