Operation delivery:<ul><li>Organizes integrated process delivery for projects and the field office, optimizing the use of guidelines and procedures.</li></ul>Strategic and Leadership (Regional Representation to SNV);<ul><li>Strengthens cross-functional communication and coordination among the operations team and program teams.</li><li>Represents SNV to external partners, authorities, and local actors.</li><li>Acts as the security focal point for the regional office.</li></ul>Human Resources:<ul><li>Manages and supervises the regional operations support team.</li><li>Supports recruitment, training, and development of the field office team.</li><li>Ensures HR policies and procedures are in place, overseeing the HR function and coordinating with relevant country office counterparts.</li></ul>Finance:<ul><li>Monitors day-to-day financial operations.</li><li>Implements effective financial management and control systems.</li><li>Ensures timely financial closing.</li></ul>Procurement and Logistics:<ul><li>Oversees procurement management and ensures compliance with SNV procedures.</li><li>Manages assets and facilities. Oversees transport and fleet management.</li><li>Ensures smooth communication within the department and with stakeholders.</li></ul>Analysis and Reporting:<ul><li>Maintains a management information system to monitor and analyze data on operation support services performance and resources. Provides input on performance to the Operations Manager.</li><li>Ensures proper recording systems and reporting for fleet, assets, warehouse, and procurement activities</li></ul>Business Development:<ul><li>Assesses support requirements against project objectives and operating environment. Informs on support activities during future project implementation.</li><li>Collaborates with HO office team on system development and control mechanisms for information sharing.</li></ul>Advisory Services:<ul><li>Assesses and advises on the quality of support delivery against project needs. Advises projects on adopting efficient operation services according to guidelines and standard procedures.</li><li>Acts as a focal person for any operational, HR, and finance activities in the region.</li></ul>Process Development:<ul><li>Identifies, proposes, and implements organizational and process improvements for operation support services, aligned with the organization's needs and external developments.</li></ul>Take up any additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager
