We are currently seeking a qualified Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Glendale Heights CNC machine shop. The Manufacturing Engineer will design and commission processes to assist with New Product Introduction. They will support the shop floor. They will ensure that design standards are being met. They will practice cost and productivity improvements. Familiar with computer-based system operation.</li><li>Knowledge of APQP, manufacturing and quality processes and capabilities.</li><li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.</li><li>Ability  to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, client, customers, and the public.</li><li>Self-starter and Motivator: Able to develop effective cross functional relationships.</li><li>Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.
