Verification:<ul><li>Define electrical, thermal, and mechanical interfaces between the battery pack, ultra-capacitor system, BMS, and vehicle powertrain.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and interface compatibility. </li><li>Lead the development of Design Verification Plans (DVPs), ensuring comprehensive validation coverage for system performance, durability, and compliance with OEM and regulatory standards.</li><li>Document verification coverage of all requirements with traceability in the requirements management tool.</li><li>Participate in system-level validation, durability testing, and failure mode analysis.</li><li>Support Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL), Model-in-the-Loop (MiL), and system-level validation to ensure robust performance. </li><li>Assist in aging studies, thermal modeling, and electrical load analysis for predictive performance assessments. </li></ul>Design for Manufacturability (DFM) &amp; Release:<ul><li>Ensure system and component designs are optimized for manufacturing, assembly, and scalability. </li><li>Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to refine designs for production feasibility. </li><li>Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), contributing to control plan development and DFMEA execution. </li><li>Release the battery system design to production, ensuring alignment with assembly plant and supplier requirements. </li></ul>Risk Management &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Own system-level DFMEA, ensuring proper alignment with subsystem and component-level DFMEAs.</li><li>Ensure alignment with ASPICE 3.1, ISO 15288, and INCOSE Systems Engineering best practices.</li></ul>Cross-functional Collaboration &amp;
