How you will do it:You will broadly keep the plant and equipment operating at a state that delivers the planned production capacity while ensuring the required product quality is met at the least maintenance cost. You will manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and post-Preventive Maintenance (PM) performance while supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
