In this role you will work on a variety of key projects and initiatives ranging from simple tasks to more complex analytical projects.YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:<ul><li>Work with Product Management team in Product Definition Development and help translate VoC/market intelligence into evidence supported attributes.</li><li>Work with the Product Management team to analyze market informed VoC data, “Jobs to be Done” and identify trends that may enhance offerings.</li><li>Develop/ Demonstrate strong verbal, written, presentation competencies</li><li>Ensure system updates/product configurations are completed and aligned with customer facing documentation, update as needed</li><li>Structure and Evaluate Market Data, Competitive Comparison Data, Take Rates, Options, to inform project priorities, etc.</li><li>Shadow Product Specialist/Managers during activities such as meeting setup, meeting minutes, and key takeaways</li><li>Learn more about Consolidating &amp; Analyzing Secondary Market Data and Competitive Data.</li><li>Consolidate &amp; Analyze Competitive Data.</li><li>Participate in year-end Intern Expo.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   <ul><li>Student working towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field or other related field.</li><li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Good oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Previous experience or heightened interest in mechanical design.</li><li>Experience in extracurricular activities outside academic requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of construction industry and equipment used.</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONSThe following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.<ul><li>This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.</li><li>Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.</li><li>Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.</li><li>Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.</li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.</li></ul>Pay Range:$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
