They bridge the gap between raw data and business decision-making.<div></div>Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).</li><li>Automate recurring reports for efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements Gathering<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and business requirements.</li><li>Translate business questions into data-driven solutions.</li></ul>Data Management<ul><li>Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources (databases, ERP, CRM, cloud applications).</li><li>Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency in reporting.</li></ul>Visualization &amp; Storytelling<ul><li>Present data in a clear, concise, and visually compelling way.</li><li>Create dashboards and reports that enable non-technical stakeholders to make decisions.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with data engineers, IT, and business teams to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.</li></ul>Performance Monitoring<ul><li>Monitor and optimize reporting systems for performance and scalability.</li><li>Document processes, methodologies, and report definitions for future reference.</li></ul><div></div>Required Skills<ul><li>Technical Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, SQL, Excel (advanced), Python/R (optional for advanced analytics).</li><li>Database Knowledge: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar.</li><li>Data Modeling: Understanding of star schema, data warehouses, and ETL concepts.</li><li>Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical concepts into business language.</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.</li><li>2–5+ years of experience in BI reporting or data analysis.</li><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills.</li><li>Experience working with HR data</li><li>Preferred industry experience: Manufacturing</li></ul>Nextracker offers a comprehensive benefits package.
