This role involves architecting, implementing, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure,</div><div>specifically our AWS &amp; Kubernetes (EKS) ecosystem.</div><div>You'll drive our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy with Terraform and optimize application</div><div>deployment using Helm, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system scalability,</div><div>reliability, and security.</div><br><br><h3>What You Will Do:</h3><ul><li><b> Develop and Build</b></li><li>	Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS, with a primary 		focus on Amazon EKS and its surrounding ecosystem.</li><li>	 Author, manage, and evolve our Terraform modules to automate the provisioning and lifecycle management of all cloud resources.</li><li>	Develop, manage, and standardize Helm charts for consistent and reliable application deployments across all Kubernetes environments.</li><li><b>Manage and Deploy</b></li><li>	Engineer and enhance our CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) to accelerate development velocity and improve deployment quality.</li><li>	Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana,</li><li>	OpenTelemetry based platforms) to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure high availability.</li><li><b>Innovate and Uphold Quality</b></li><li>	Champion software development best practices, including robust version control with Git, integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) throughout the infrastructure lifecycle, from code to cloud, ensuring compliance with industry standards.</li><li>	Explore and integrate AI/ML tools to innovate and automate development, testing, and operational tasks, boosting efficiency and accuracy.</li><li><b>Documentation and Compliance</b></li><li>	Create comprehensive documentation for the software architecture and design.</li><li>	Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including security and data protection.</li></ul><h3>What You Bring:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE role.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with AWS and its core services (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS etc.,), networking (VPC) and security (IAM).</li><li>Proficient in writing production-grade Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.</li><li>Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and hands-on experience managing clusters, preferably with AWS EKS. Expertise in creating and managing Helm charts for application deployment.</li><li>Demonstrable experience in building and managing complex CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, GitHub Actions etc.,</li><li>Proficiency in scripting with Python, Groovy or Unix shell scripts.</li><li>Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional).</li><li>Experience with advanced Kubernetes concepts (e.g., custom resource definitions (CRDs), operators, service mesh like Istio).</li><li>Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in AWS.</li><li>Experience with GitOps principles and tools like Argo CD or Flux.</li><li>Master's degree in computer science or equivalent field.</li></ul><h3>Qualities for Success:</h3><ul><li>A Lifelong Learner: You are genuinely enthusiastic about exploring and mastering new cloud technologies and data engineering tools.</li><li>Proactive and Solution-Oriented: You take initiative in identifying and resolving potential issues within data pipelines and infrastructure before they become critical problems.</li><li>A Strong Collaborator: You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment, effectively sharing ideas and contributing to collective success.</li></ul><br><div><b>Why Join Arable?</b></div><div>Join top innovators in Ag Tech and help transform global agriculture.
