<div>  </div>Process Engineer-Plastic Injection MoldingWe are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with a focus on injection molding process development and optimization. You’ll own critical manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues on the floor, and drive improvements to yield, quality, and throughput. Depending on experience, you’ll grow from supporting process development to leading major initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Set up, change over, and optimize injection molding machines using scientific molding principles. Improve cycle times, reduce defects, and ensure process stability.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Evaluate and refine mold tooling, participate in design reviews, and build/adjust robot end-of-arm tooling. Source new equipment as production needs evolve.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Diagnose process and tooling issues, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to maintain high yield and quality.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Lead or support projects to improve yield, cost, and cycle time.
