This individual will play a critical role in enabling our go-to-market efforts by driving coordination, operational rigor, and content creation in executing high-impact sales strategies. This role sits on the Commercial team and acts as the connective tissue between our frontline sales efforts and the internal systems, content, and processes that enable success. This is a high-visibility, high-growth role for someone who loves being in the mix: solving problems, driving clarity, writing crisp materials, and using modern tools (including AI) to move fast and deliver results. You’ll help us build the sales infrastructure from the ground up and shape how we go to market as a team.  Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the coordination, preparation, and submission of proposals, RFPs, and major bid packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery </li><li>Support content development for bids by maintaining commercial documentation libraries, sales content repositories, and standardized templates</li><li>Assist with compliance checks, customer submission requirements, and tracking of bid status across opportunities </li><li>Develop and maintain internal and external-facing materials including presentations, proposals, pricing, one-pagers, and case studies </li></ul><ul><li>Help standardize and scale commercial processes, including reporting, deal tracking, and cross-functional coordination </li></ul><ul><li>Leverage modern AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, improve content quality, and streamline commercial workflows </li></ul><ul><li>Drive operational follow-through on key commercial initiatives and strategic customer engagements </li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a core partner to Account Executives by managing behind-the-scenes sales execution activities </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare meeting briefs, organize internal working sessions, and track follow-ups across stakeholders </li><li>Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, content development, and campaigns </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to strategic analysis and special projects that support commercial decision-making </li></ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>2+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, customer communication, project execution, business development, or a related commercial role </li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through </li></ul><ul><li>Strong written communication skills with ability to distill technical or complex information </li></ul><ul><li>Comfort interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering, legal, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus </li><li>Experience supporting proposals, bids, or RFP responses strongly preferred </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond with urgency in a fast-paced environment </li></ul><ul><li>Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, or clean technology </li></ul><ul><li>Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and driving positive environmental impact through technology innovation. </li></ul><ul><li>Eligible to work in the U.S. </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience supporting sales teams in energy, climate tech, infrastructure, or industrial markets </li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience managing or producing customer-facing collateral </li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to sales enablement or salesforce effectiveness best practices </li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of the sales process for long-cycle enterprise deals </li></ul> The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000, with actual pay varying based on work location, experience, and skills.
