You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, ensure data integrity, and deploy logistics technologies that align with Lucid’s operational goals.</p><p>As a Logistics Systems Engineering – Project Manager, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Designing and engineering logistics systems based on material handling equipment, logistics operations, and the requirements of warehouse, manufacturing, and production planning teams.</li><li>Developing and implementing tools to audit efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive cost reductions across factory and warehouse operations.</li><li>Leading and educating cross-functional teams in material flow design, material storage solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Managing improvement opportunities and implementation plans, and effectively communicating them to all relevant departments and organizational levels.</li><li>Planning, designing, and implementing logistics systems and processes.</li><li>Providing project updates, including timelines, milestones, challenges, risk assessments, and identified bottlenecks.</li><li>Assigning responsibilities to team members and tracking performance using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KAIs (Key Activity Indicators).</li><li>Gathering hardware and software requirements to support the implementation of new processes.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and support new engineering processes for logistics functions.
