You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SuccessFactors system to support the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and provide technical guidance for the successful implementation of the platform.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><p> • Develop, configure, and customize SuccessFactors modules in partnership with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders</p><p> • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize the system and related processes</p><p> • Partner with integration SMEs to support build of Integrations of SuccessFactors with other HR, Payroll and IT systems</p><p>• Identify user adoption pain points and work with business users to address them.</p><p>• Manage business processes design/impact analysis during design, build, and test phases.</p><p> • Participate in and support integration and end-to-end test cycles to resolve defects within the system.</p><p> • Understand the projects overarching business requirements and timelines and drive closure of design issues to meet the projects go live dates.</p><p>• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, system configurations, and testing plans</p><p>• Stay updated with the latest system functionality, releases, and patches, and leverage them to enhance the system's performance and capabilities</p><p> • Provide end-user training and support on the system, ensuring smooth user adoption and proficiency</p><p> </p><p><strong>You Bring:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field</p><p>• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Techno Functional Consultant or similar role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors management system</p><p>• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Core HRIS, Learning, Performance and Compensation etc.) • In-depth understanding of system configurations, workflows, and business rules in SAP SuccessFactors</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements to design effective solutions.</p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.</p><p> </p><p><strong> Advantageous:</strong></p><p>• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) will be an added advantage.</p><p> </p><div><div><p>By Submitting your application, you understand and agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our <a href="https://www.lucidmotors.com/s3fs-public/pdf/candidate-privacy-notice.pdf">Candidate Privacy Notice</a>.
