This person will facilitate cross-functional process improvements, drive measurable results with CCR’s functional leaders, and ensure improvements are sustained through governance and auditing. The ideal applicant will possess strong facilitation skills, a track record of driving business impact, the ability to influence across functions, and comfort working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.This role will report directly to the VP of Continuous Improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping, KPI development and cross-functional workshops.</li><li>Partner with functional leaders to identify and implement improvements that reduce risk and create business value.</li><li>Support development and rollout of SOPs, governance standards, and adoption audits.</li><li>Lead governance cadences and track CI initiative results.</li><li>Mentor CI Associates and provide tools, templates, and facilitation support to functions.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on Lean, Quality, and CI methodologies.</li><li>Collaborate with Development, Project Execution, Operations, and Shared Services teams to improve processes critical to CCR’s growth.</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement by demonstrating results-oriented thinking and structured problem solving.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence.</li><li>Industry background in energy (IPP, utility, OEM, EPC) strongly preferred.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a plus.</li><li>Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional process improvements and governance.</li></ul>Requirements/Work Environment:<ul><li>Position location is out of CCR's Durham, NC, New York City, NY or Washington DC offices with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office per week.</li></ul> Compensation: $130,000-$145,000 base plus bonus and benefits package. <div>Benefits:</div><ul><li>15 days of Paid Time Off, accrual up to 20 days, 11 observed holidays.</li><li>401(k) Match</li><li>Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision and health insurance</li><li>Wellness stipend, family planning stipend, and generous parental leave</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Phone Bill Reimbursement</li><li>Fully expensed company travel, mileage reimbursement</li><li>Company Swag</li></ul>A note to Recruiting Agencies Cypress Creek Renewables Human Resources team does not accept unsolicited resumes from third party recruiters, staffing firms, or related agencies.
