About the RoleThis is a hybrid role combining new business development and customer success perfect for someone hungry to learn best practice and excel in a commercial role. At first, you’ll spend roughly 50-70% of your time winning new customers and 30% managing and growing existing accounts. Over time, the focus will shift more toward customer success as our client base scales.You’ll work closely with the founders, the sales team and sales director, helping us 3x revenue this year and next. This is a role for someone who enjoys the hunt of sales but also gets real satisfaction from building long-term relationships and delivering a great customer experience. Your ImpactGrow new business- Convert small and medium business (&lt;£5M) inbound leads and identify new opportunities through outreach and referrals.- We've built strong traction with personal care, beauty and health supplements brands and most opportunities are in these industries today.- Pitch our products to new customers and close commercial deals by guiding clients through a needs assessment, product sample review, packaging design decisions and contract negotiation.<ul></ul>Manage and expand existing accounts- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers that you have brought in.- Keep clients updated on developments, spot upsell opportunities, and secure repeat orders (we plan to 3x our revenues this year and do the same next year).
