You will play a critical role in enhancing employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and performance management, while also serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Line Manager Collaboration:<ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a broad range of People matters, providing guidance to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.</li><li>Support in coordinating the performance management process, ensuring employees receive feedback and development opportunities.</li><li>Help identify HR challenges and propose solutions that contribute to a thriving and high-performing workforce whilst ensuring a consistent and fair application of People policies and practices.</li></ul> Employee Lifecycle, Relations &amp; Engagement:<ul><li>Lead and support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.</li><li>Assist with employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</li><li>Managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and training across the business.</li><li>Help maintain strong working relationships between management and staff, contributing to high morale and retention.</li><li>Provide initial support on employee relations issues and when required lead in the preparation of ER cases, ensuring appropriate records are maintained.
