As part of our national sales team, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to take ownership of our Lower North Island territory – covering Wellington, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, Wairarapa, and beyond.This is a role where you’ll combine relationship management and new business development, driving growth across existing customers while uncovering new markets and opportunities.Location and Work Arrangement:<ul><li>Wellington-based candidates will work from our PPNZ Wellington site, alongside a supportive team.</li><li>Manawatu, Hawke’s Bay, or Taranaki-based candidates will work from a home office, with a company vehicle provided and regular travel expected.</li></ul>We’re open to applicants across the region who are motivated, flexible, and ready to make an impact.Your key responsibilities will be to:<ul><li>Manage and grow key accounts through regular engagement and business reviews.</li><li>Drive new business across industrial and FMCG sectors.</li><li>Deliver sales growth and margin objectives with accurate forecasting.</li><li>Identify and develop opportunities for new products and markets.</li><li>Collaborate with the wider sales team to deliver strategic growth plans</li><li>Contribute to pricing, contracts, and customer satisfaction outcomes.</li><li>Provide reporting across revenue, margin, projects, and customer feedback.</li><li>Support the Customer Service Team and contribute to a strong team culture.</li></ul>A company vehicle will be provided, and regular travel across the territory is expected.Your skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you’ll have:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales (B2B experience highly regarded).</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Financial acumen – confident with pricing, margins, and reporting.</li><li>Ability to negotiate and convert new business opportunities.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable – with a drive to succeed.</li><li>Technical or manufacturing knowledge (packaging experience a bonus).</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly across the region (vehicle provided).</li></ul>
