<div> Job Details <div>Level:    Experienced</div> <div>Salary Range:    $24.04 - $32.69 </div> </div>Description<div>The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for handling all shipping and receiving, inventory of materials received, checking tools and maintaining tool inventory. This position is responsible for palletizing consumables for requested projects.</div> Essential Functions:Reasonable Accommodation statement: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, including all-important aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. <ol><li>Responsible for all activities in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.</li><li>Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.</li><li>Build system for tracking long-term and short-term inventory.</li><li>Design and implement warehouse database structures.</li><li>Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.</li><li>Maintain all PPE and safety equipment.</li><li>Inventory and track all Asset Management signage and keep the Asset Management team informed.</li><li>Maintain RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization).</li><li>Test all fire extinguishers. </li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol>Qualifications Required:<ol><li>Prior warehouse experience</li><li>Forklift experience</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Superior knowledge in Microsoft Office</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Take initiative to plan, organize, and complete assignments independently</li><li>Able to proactively seek out ways to improve upon existing methodologies</li><li>Able to work independently and work effectively as a member of a team</li><li>Able to handle regular interruptions to serve the needs of others while maintaining focus on multiple priorities and short and long term deadlines</li><li>Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with employees, maintaining a warm and professional manner with a positive employee relations and customer service mindset</li></ol>
