Cost estimation stage: Prepare construction cost estimates based on project proposals to support the project evaluation/IC document preparation process.2. Bidding and Procurement Stage: According to the approved SOP, manage and coordinate the timely implementation and completion of the entire bidding/procurement/contract process, achieve effective and complete analysis of bidding results, and evaluate the comparison between each bidding price and market price. And obtain technical support from internal project management and technical/design teams and prepare bid evaluation report proposals for management to decide on the selection of contractors or suppliers.3. Contract signing: Based on the bidding results, sign the construction contract and organize contract negotiations. Coordinate the corresponding requirements of various departments within the contract, handle any ambiguities between the contracting parties, and complete the contract signing on schedule.4. Cost control during the construction process: closely follow up on design changes, on-site visas, and negotiations for claims and counterclaims resulting in costs during contract performance. And do a good job in cost risk control warning.5. Engineering settlement: Participate in the completion acceptance of the project, ensure the on-site performance matches the terms of the contract, and complete the settlement within two months after the completion acceptance and defect rectification are completed.6. Database organization: Timely analyze and organize the database for completed projects.7. Design optimization coordination: Compare different design schemes, prepare corresponding cost comparisons, and provide cost basis for the selection of design optimization schemes.8. Supplier admission and annual performance evaluation: Based on the company's supplier management system, conduct admission evaluations for new suppliers, cooperate in completing year-end evaluations for each supplier, and maintain the admission list.9. Other coordination work: Maintain communication and collaboration with finance, legal, and BD departments to ensure smooth coordination of various tasks.
