What You Will Do<ul><li>The Global Strategy team at Clarios works to develop and advance the growth agenda for Clarios, collaborating with regional, functional, and parent-company leadership. Specifically, we are responsible for: analyzing and framing growth challenges and opportunities open to Clarios; structuring choices and solutions for decision-makers; leading the start-up approach for select initiatives; and collaborating broadly across the organization to measure progress, action and results.</li><li>As part of this team, the Global Strategy Intern will focus on:<ul><li>Enterprise Strategy Development (60%)<ul><li>Discrete and critical strategic questions facing the enterprise, specific regions, or functions.</li></ul></li><li>Integrated Business Planning (30%)<ul><li>Supporting the development and maturation of Clarios’ key strategic planning processes, such as the 5-year business plan, and strategic toolkit, such as research services and data sources.</li></ul></li><li>Corporate Development &amp; Portfolio Strategy (10%)<ul><li>Support, as needed, evaluation of potential M&amp;A and strategic partnership opportunities.</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>How You Will Do It<ul><li>Enterprise Strategy Development<ul><li>Assess and prioritize key market, customer, competitive and technology dynamics impacting Clarios over mid to long term.</li><li>Evaluate requirements and business models to establish critical success factors.</li><li>Determine Clarios' positioning, gaps, and requirements against these factors.</li><li>Developing actionable strategies and tactics to drive business plans.</li><li>Frame the issues, framework and strategic response for Clarios leadership.</li><li>Quantitative analysis.</li></ul></li><li>Integrated Business Planning<ul><li>Gathering input from diverse stakeholders across the organization.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement and define potential solutions.</li><li>Create appropriate mechanisms to track progress and impact.</li></ul></li><li>Corporate Development &amp; Portfolio Strategy<ul><li>Assess specific targets, developing preliminary business cases and/or assessing analysis from regions of strategic fit and opportunity.</li><li>Lead or support due diligence efforts.</li></ul></li></ul>What We Look For<ul><li>Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.</li><li>Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.</li><li>Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.</li><li>Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.</li><li>Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship with a minimum 3 days a week in office – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely.
