Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Follow up critical items together with the master scheduler in order to have materials produce on time to full fill shipping schedule based on customer demand.</li><li>Coordinate with finished goods warehouse pre-shipments and shipments to ensure on time delivery to the customers.</li><li>OTD follow up in daily basis.</li><li>Monitoring ASN sent to customers in every shipment to assure compliance and avoiding misalignment in front of customer system.</li><li>Working with customers continuously having strong communication and high level commitment vs every customer requirement.</li><li>Follow up on customer concerns getting involve additional departments in necessary case.</li><li>Working on customer service portals as required in order to provide response on specific requirements as an action plan, shipment promise date, customer concerns, etc.</li><li>Material planning, inventory management and control.</li><li>Monitoring and controlling transactions with traffic responsible and with brokers or carriers/ forwarder to ensure completion of processes on time.</li><li>Follow up in container management customer system to guarantee continues flow of dunnage to support production and customer shipments on time.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Experience more than 2 years. Knowledge in material planning, inventory, supplier management, customer management, traffic and import process.
