The Sales Data &amp; Analytics Intern supports various internal teams, including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will assist with sales data analysis, contract renewal engagement, revenue retention support, reporting/dashboarding, and data cleaning.What You'll Do<ul><li>Perform sales analytics and reporting tasks in Salesforce (SFDC) to support sales team performance management</li><li>Execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers, creating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities</li><li>Engage with renewal overlays to provide strategic support for revenue retention efforts</li><li>Support sales data collection, cleaning, and interpretation to drive increased sales production</li><li>Validate and research sales-related activities to ensure data integrity across systems</li><li>Contribute to process improvement for new and existing sales operations workflows</li><li>Support project work across Sales Operations and cross-functional initiatives</li><li>Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and initiatives</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Actively enrolled in a degree-seeking program in Business, Data Analytics or a related field of study</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs</li><li>Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li><li>Attention to detail and follow-through are required</li><li>Experience using Excel, Word, and Google Docs</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Minimal travel</li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office</li></ul>Sponsorship Requirements<ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future </li></ul>When can you expect to hear back?We are committed to attending all career fairs and recruitment events before closing our positions.
