The Human Resources Intern supports the People &amp; Operations team by assisting with employee-led programs and operational projects. You will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, data accuracy, and employee support while contributing to initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency.What You'll Do<ul><li>Collect, review, and process pre-employment paperwork in accordance with company policies Coordinate and review background screenings to ensure compliance with HR standards</li><li>Create, maintain, and organize employee personnel files and documentation</li><li>Update and maintain HRIS data to support accurate payroll processing and reporting</li><li>Assist with responding to employee questions and requests in a timely manner</li><li>Develop templates, tools, and communications to drive consistency in HR processes, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment</li><li>Identify gaps in HR deliverables or needs and propose solutions to improve efficiency</li><li>Contribute to HR operations projects that improve processes and support employee programs</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement</li><li>The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately</li><li>Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Minimal travel</li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office</li></ul>Sponsorship Requirements<ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future </li></ul>When can you expect to hear back?
