Your tasks<ul><li>Manage and maintain databases of vessel inventories</li><li>Perform data quality checks for account setups, opportunities, and sales order</li><li>Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Relations, and Operations</li><li>Drive continuous process improvements using existing and new systems</li><li>Monitor and ensure optimal stock levels at the ChartWorld Singapore office</li><li>Develop and maintain customer support materials such as user guides and reference documentation</li><li>Handle creation and management of shipment requests for onboarding and new edition supplies of physical publications</li><li>Coordinate and manage delivery of onboard/new edition for physical and digital publication</li><li>Work closely with the Data Department to ensure correct processing of the weekly catalogue and free resources</li><li>Generate weekly reports and supply new edition updates</li></ul>What we need from you<ul><li>Good IT skills</li><li>Previous experience in the maritime industry is a strong advantage</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred</li><li>Excellent English skills written and spoken.</li></ul>What is in it for you<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Personal training budget</li><li>International projects</li><li>Flexible working arrangements</li></ul>This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations).
