Over the past two years, we've transformed thousands of sites, delivering real impact:</div><div>2,700+ stores, restaurants &amp; offices connected</div><div>15 GWh of electricity saved and growing</div><div>30% average HVAC runtime reduction per pilot</div><div>12-week average payback for customers</div><div>Global brands scaling pilots across their portfolios</div><div><br></div><div><b>Your mission:</b> Take every signed deal, from 50-site pilots to 1,000-site rollouts, and execute flawless deployments that deliver energy savings on time and on budget.</div><br><br><h3>What You'll Actually Do</h3><ul><li><b>Pre-Sales &amp; Technical Validation</b></li><div>-Join discovery calls with Sales to capture site requirements, HVAC configurations, and network constraints.</div><div>-Work with our technical support team to validate compatibility and identify potential roadblocks before they become problems.</div><li><b>Deployment Planning &amp; Coordination</b></li><div>-Build detailed rollout roadmaps for multi-site customers, managing critical paths, resource allocation, and dependencies.</div><div>-Create energy savings forecasts using Mysa modeling tools to support business cases and proposals.</div><div>-Leverage digital tools and automation to streamline planning workflows, generate tracking dashboards, and model deployment timelines.</div><li><b>Logistics &amp; Installation Management</b></li><div>-Own the hardware supply chain from PO to installation—ensure thermostats, sensors, and routers arrive at the right place at the right time.</div><div>-Manage third-party contractors with clear scopes of work, digital checklists, and quality assurance processes.</div><div>-Use automation tools where possible to support contractor communications, installation documentation, and progress tracking.</div><li><b>Go-Live &amp; Optimization</b></li><div>-Orchestrate system activation across sites, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues with our Support team.</div><div>-Fine-tune configurations to maximize energy savings from day one.</div><li><b>Continuous Improvement</b></li><div>-Capture installer and customer feedback, track deployment KPIs, and work with Product and Operations teams to optimize processes and reduce costs.</div></ul><h3>What You Bring – Essential Experience (5–7 years)</h3><ul><li>Project or program management across multiple simultaneous projects in technical environments—HVAC, building controls, IoT deployments, telecom, or retail construction</li><li>Working knowledge of HVAC systems and low-voltage electrical work</li><li>Familiarity with automation or productivity tools for workflow efficiency (e.g., project dashboards, custom scripts, or integrations)</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira), CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and advanced spreadsheet modeling</li></ul><h3>Key Skills:</h3><ul><li>Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage complex, multi-site deployments</li><li>Comfort using digital/automation tools to improve efficiency</li><li>Strong analytical abilities for energy modeling and ROI presentations</li><li>Excellent communication skills for technical contractors and C-suite executives</li><li>Comfort with up to 25% travel for site visits and contractor training</li></ul><h3>Why This Role Matters:</h3><ul><li><b>Customer Relationships at Scale:</b> You’ll be the trusted partner guiding customers through successful rollouts, ensuring they see value quickly and consistently.
