You will be responsible for the implementation, modification, and ongoing operations and technical support for the compliance systems utilized at the project site.  These systems include, but are not limited to, the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), HACH Water Information Management System (WIMS) and GIS/asset data management systems. You will work with project management and site operations staff to ensure successful utilization of compliance systems to confirm work is completed efficiently, effectively and in compliance with all applicable site permits.  You will report to the Project Manager and will serve as a liaison between our Operations and Engineering groups, and work to ensure compliance in all areas of and throughout the facility. </span></div><br><br><h3>Typical responsibilities include:</h3><ul><li>CMMS system management – Ensures all assets are identified and tracked in the system so capital planning and maintenance/asset management activities can be scheduled and documented.</li><li>HACH WIMS – Works with staff to ensure compliance and process control testing / daily data collection is completed and entered into the systems for subsequent use in project compliance and process control reporting and monitoring.</li><li>GIS/Asset program – Works with this system to ensure all assets are tracked and historical data can be utilized to maintain systems.  </li><li>Collaborates with Project Management, client, and client representative (engineer) to support ongoing work.</li><li>Supports preparation and review of all water and wastewater regulatory reports. </li><li>Responsible for lab QA/QC, proficiency program compliance, and result submission to DEP.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining annual deliverable calendar (adding new requirements, dates, etc.).</li><li>Responsible for ensuring necessary sampling/testing is being performed correctly and on time.</li><li>Provides a monthly technical summary to the Project Manager for inclusion in the Project Manager’s monthly operating report (MOR) to the client.</li><li>Aids staff on electronic applications (Workday, tablets, data entry;
