In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to recruit across a diverse set of positions, ranging from entry-level to senior leadership. You’ll play a key role in scaling the teams that directly impact Zoox’s growth and mission.</div><div><br></div><div>Please note: this is a contract position to start.</div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Drive the full-cycle recruiting process, with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy</li><li>Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across engineering and operations disciplines</li><li>Facilitate interviews and hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers and leadership</li><li>Manage the offer process, partnering with HR and business stakeholders</li><li>Continuously identify ways to improve both the candidate experience and our recruiting practices</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)</li><li>At least 2+ years successfully recruiting for hardware roles (e.g., manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics engineering)</li><li>Experience working in-house as a recruiter, with proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers</li><li>Ability to evaluate candidates for both technical competencies and team fit</li><li>Skilled at sourcing via LinkedIn and other creative methods</li><li>Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Familiarity with ATS systems (we use Lever), and ability to leverage data to drive hiring strategy</li><li>Interest in the autonomous vehicle or electric vehicle industry</li></ul><br><div><b>Location</b></div><div>This hybrid role entails working in the office three days per week in our Foster City office (HQ). </div><div><br></div><div><b>Compensation</b></div><div>This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox.
