As a senior member of this team, you will be at the forefront of expanding what is possible in radar remote sensing, ensuring Capella continues to lead the industry in capability, reliability, and innovation. Role Summary:  As a Principal Radar Exploitation Engineer at Capella, you will apply deep expertise in radar signal processing, waveform design, and advanced SAR exploitation to expand the frontier of what is possible in spaceborne radar sensing. Your focus will include SAR autofocus, advanced waveform design, bistatic and multistatic SAR, and the detection and mitigation of radio frequency interference (RFI) and jamming. You will drive the development of algorithms and analysis methods that ensure Capella’s radar systems deliver resilient, high-quality data under real-world conditions. This senior technical role emphasizes both innovation and execution.
