This team is searching for a new leader to guide them in accomplishing their mission. As their leader, your core deliverable is accurate and precise longitudinal acceleration response to pedal input or autonomous request with a focus ranging from vehicle sensors to driver sensation. You and your team will be hands on in vehicles defining and developing this attribute on every program at Lucid or with our technology partners. Your technical knowledge should include control, calibration, testing, and subjective evaluation of longitudinal acceleration response. Your individual contribution experience should demonstrate consistent on time delivery of innovative controls and calibrations to meet Drivability attribute requirements. Your leadership experience should demonstrate guiding and growing a team of engineers ranging from new grads to highly experienced technical experts.
