This position will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, working collaboratively across the organization, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with all government statutory regulations. </p><p></p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul> <li>Support the Finance Business Partner on various aspects of the North American business</li> <li>Ensure timely preparation of monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and resolution of queries</li> <li>Oversee the general ledger of the regional entities and maintain effective financial controls and policies</li> <li>Partner with regional teams on annual budget planning and provide relevant inputs </li> <li>Work on key financial areas and reporting including cash flow, fixed assets, and payroll</li> <li>Audit accounts receivable and payable functions</li> <li>Prepare working papers for direct and indirect tax reporting</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues and all levels of the organization to share information effectively</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver ongoing benefits</li> <li>Present a positive and professional image of the company in all contacts and relationships</li> </ul><p></p><h3>What You Need to be Successful </h3><ul> <li>Certified accountant or equivalent experience in a similar role for at least 3 years</li> <li>Experience with accounting and financial systems, such as Hyperion or SYSPRO</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite</li> <li>Previous experience in Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry is preferred</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, develop policies, and implement systems and procedures </li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information and support others in accounting processes</li> <li>Experience working across multiple time zones is desirable</li> <li>Ability to travel international up to 5%</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive compensation and benefit package.</li> <li>401(k) plan with company match.</li> <li>On-the-job training provided in a continuous learning environment.</li> <li>Advancement opportunities with a growing company.</li> <li>Apart of a team who is leading the world’s electrification of mass mobility.</li> </ul><p></p><h3>Our Why</h3><p>We move people.
