We prohibit all forms of discrimination and harassment based on race, colour, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, genetic information, pregnancy or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.Qualified women are encouraged to apply.Key responsibilities:Recruitment of high-performance teams<ul> <li>Facilitate the recruitment process commencing from the selection of high-performance candidates, interviewing, due diligence, preparation of employment contracts and employee induction and training.</li> <li>Maintenance of up-to-date job requirements for the various departments and job descriptions for vacancies.</li> <li>Manage recruiting and human resources budgets.</li> </ul>Performance Management<ul><li>Draft and manage key performance indicators for employees.</li></ul><ul> <li>Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee output.</li> <li>Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.</li> </ul>Human Resources Analytics<ul> <li>Manage, track and draw insightful data-based inferences from Employee data on retention, recruitments, diversity, equity, inclusion and other relevant ratios. </li> <li>Design and manage interactive HR dashboards from various Employee metrics for visualization and automations.</li> <li>Prepare required reports, present findings and recommend Employee Engagement initiatives.</li> </ul>Human Resources Operations and Statutory Compliance<ul> <li>Oversee the functional HR budget and manage expenses within budget allocations.</li> <li>Maintain and update relevant databases (recruitment, performance history, employee database, organisation structures, training, etc) </li> <li>Draft and update human resource policies and procedures.</li> <li>Provide consultation to management on employee relations issues and effectively manage disciplinary issues within the company.</li> <li>Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)</li> <li>Coordinate and document HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) </li> <li>Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.</li> <li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.</li> </ul>Requirements1. Education: Relevant degree with excellent grades and HR certification.2. Experience: 3-5 years HR operations/admin experience within a fast-paced structured business environment. Strong preference will be given to applicants that have worked in a multinational corporation.3. Language Proficiency: English (excellent oral &amp; writing skills).4.
