At least 2 years as a tech lead or manager, leading cross-functional or full-stack teams.</li><li>Hands-on mindset. You enjoy being in the code, making technical decisions, and supporting the team by solving complex problems together.</li><li>People skills. Experience coaching engineers, giving feedback, and fostering professional growth.</li><li>Collaborative leadership.
