AECOM Transportation Business Line is actively seeking a highly motivated Construction Engineering Manager for South Wisconsin. This position can be located either in the Milwaukee or Middleton offices. The CE Manager will oversee a wide variety of highway and bridge projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and Local clients. This position offers tremendous growth. The Construction Engineering Manager South will have a background in the Construction Management/Construction Engineering &amp; Inspection (CM/CEI) industry for highway and bridge projects. They will directly oversee the CM/CEI staff and projects in the Southeast Region and the Southwest Region. They will provide strategic planning and delivery on key CM/CEI project needs and initiatives.  They directly manage projects to ensure quality, schedules, staffing, and budgets are in accordance with AECOM policy. Given the tremendous growth potential, the CE Manager will have the ability to hire, mentor, and expand the team’s experience, client base and range. The CE Manager serves as the primary point of contact with the client and acts as a liaison between management and clients on multi-disciplined projects. In addition, the CE Manager will:<ul><li>Prepare and deliver presentations required to win and perform the work.</li><li>Recognize opportunities for strategic growth and build and lead teams to meet these opportunities.</li><li>Establish relationships with both internal and external clients including industry associations and other potential consultant teams and Local clients.</li></ul>
