Ready to build what matters?Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including civil, structural, and mechanical engineers.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to develop junior engineers and enhance team capabilities.</li><li>Ensure designs follow established project quality procedures and complete required quality control reviews.</li><li>Apply broad and specialized knowledge across multiple disciplines, demonstrating technical expertise and business acumen.</li><li>Manage complex projects, including goal setting, team leadership, and adherence to budget and schedule.</li><li>Solve challenging technical issues, often developing new or improved techniques.</li><li>Implement improvements to methodologies and promote latest trends as opportunities for the business.</li><li>Facilitate broad dialogue across functions, geographies, and business lines, including external stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as lead engineer on mid- to large-size projects, providing specialized technical input and approving work.</li><li>Present complex technical solutions to clients and participate in the development of technical proposals.</li><li>Manage and coordinate activities of a group of engineers and/or technicians, fostering their professional growth.</li><li>Maintain liaison with internal units and external individuals, representing the organization in conferences to resolve important questions and plan work.</li></ul>
