Review and route project deliverables, including submittals, RFIs, work plans, schedules, meeting minutes, etc.</li><li>Coordination and Communication: Aid in coordinating contractors' work activities, chair internal and external project meetings, and actively participate in the contractor's invoice review process. Actively communicate project status to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Closeout and Reporting: Assist in project closeout activities, including processing documentation, warranties, O&amp;Ms, punch lists, and final change management and invoicing documentation. Develop and maintain logs, reports, or other documentation for project reporting.</li><li>Quality Assurance and Client Interaction: Interact with construction contractors in performing Quality Assurance inspections. Support client interaction and coordination between internal and external project stakeholders.</li><li>Mitigating and Resolving Construction Issues: Take pride in preventing delays or rework by proactively identifying and addressing issues. Provide solutions to meet client expectations.</li></ul>
