Our portfolio of meaningful and high-profile projects continues to expand.The successful candidate will support AECOM TechWorks in in data analytics, leveraging interdisciplinary techniques to extract knowledge and insights from data in various structured and unstructured forms. We're looking for someone to join our data team who is focused on leveraging data assets to deliver actionable and meaningful insights using analytics to our customers. The candidate will work with large and varied data sets, from multiple data sources, to conduct statistical analysis, generate concise reporting, and present recommendations to clients for future project deliverables. The home office for this position will be Germantown, MD but the position can be hybrid at any AECOM East Coast office. The expectation of the candidate selected for this position is that they will of work collaboratively with the team by utilizing Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration and development tools.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assimilate, validate, analyze, and summarize vast quantities of data into information and insights</li><li>Assist project teams with writing complex queries, stored procedures and views to automate processes and visualize data</li><li>Maintain up-to-date data processes and re-architect as needed based on more advanced and modernized systems/trends.</li><li>Develop, update, implement and maintain procedures</li><li>Develop and prepare reports and relevant presentations</li><li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Collaborate with other data analysts, developers, testers, managers, and clients (internal and external)</li></ul>
