AECOM Mississauga is looking at hiring a Project Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:<ul><li>Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,</li><li>Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,</li><li>Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.</li><li>Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).</li><li>Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.</li></ul> The Project Manager manages all assigned projects from planning till close-out, through the end to end lifecycle of the individual projects. This is a supervisory role, leading the design and construction delivery teams.  Specific to Shell, the person would look after KDR / NTI / RUST projects. This specific program focuses on:<ul><li>Construction of C-Store, QSR buildings, Car Wash, Forecourt and canopy and general site works.</li><li>Installation of EV and Fuel systems</li><li>Removal of existing fuel tanks and replacement with new tanks</li><li>Works to oil water separators</li><li>Site paving</li><li>Dispenser replacements</li><li>General making good of sites</li></ul> Minimum Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline (civil, mechanical, electrical, construction management, etc)</li><li>4+ years of experience in construction project management</li><li>PEng or PMP or MBA</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>PMP designation is a huge asset</li><li>Professional Engineer license or eligibility</li><li>Has experience with downstream sites / fuels scope</li><li>4+ years working as a project manager on multi-disciplinary projects</li><li>Has strong safety and planning skills</li><li>Good understanding of contracts and the commercial management of projects</li></ul> Additional information<ul><li>Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.</li></ul>
