We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Environmental Professional to join our team to support a variety of complex environmental projects that are managed within a programmatic delivery model. Work will involve managing projects within a key strategic industrial program.  The Senior Environmental Professional can be based in the greater Philadelphia or Pittsburgh are and also Deleware, Maryland or New Jersey areas of the United States. Key responsibilities of the position include assisting with:<ul><li>Leading and managing long-term, large projects that have high risk reward, are of high strategic value, and/or have a high level of complexity.</li><li>Providing project level technical leadership and strategic direction.</li><li>Championing ethical and safe working practices.</li><li>Driving innovation in project management approaches and methodologies to achieve marketplace differentiation.</li><li>Working with the Program Manager and Senior Practice Leaders to enhance business growth.</li><li>Identifying risk and pro-actively takes actions to positively impact project outcomes.</li><li>Contributing to project team development strategy, including identification of talent gaps and resourcing plans.</li><li>Accountable for overall project financial success and delivery</li></ul>
